I saw this in someone's journal and it's high time I do it, too... Since I am starting on a clean slate, I might as well have SOME RULES...
1. I am pretty sure of who I am. After 30 + years on this earth, I have finally realized who I am and what I am about. If you are here to play mind games or bully me, let's just end this friendship now. I don't come here to be abused.
2. I am a compassionate, understanding person. I am not always the smartest person in the world, but I will offer advice and support when you need it.
3. My journal is my journal, it's what I talk about, it's my world. I am a shy person by nature and this is how I share my feelings.
4. I write about my life and my goings on in here. I rarely write anything political, because I am not the smartest person in the world and am teh dumb sometimes when it comes to politics.
5. I am recovering from my formal journal and the negativity it brought. I am doing my best to lead a happy. productive life, and move on from that space and time in my life. Anyone who wants to argue, bully me, or want to project your own issues on here, find another place to go.
6. I trust and like everyone at first. I respect your views, as I ask you to respect mine. If you do anything to violate this trust, you are done and gone forever. This time, there ARE no second chances. I have been a people pleaser for FAR too long and kept people who were not healthy for me to keep on here for far too long. This journal is MY journal, NOT yours. I don't have the time for petty drama.
